Ohio Animal Advocates is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. The types of donor information that we collect and maintain, both online and offline, are as follows:

• Contact information: name, address, telephone number, email address, etc.

• Giving information and history of contributions

• Information on events or activities attended, publications received, and requests for information about our programs and services

• Information provided by the donor in the form of comments and/or suggestions

OAA uses donor information to understand their interests in our mission and to update them on the organization’s plans and activities. It is shared only with board members, volunteers, and consultants, and only on a “need-to-know” basis. OAA also assures donors that their personal information will not be shared with or sold to any third party.
